Various retinal disorders like Diabetic retinopathy, Hypertensive retinopathy, Retinal venus occlusions, Age related macular degeneration etc, are being handled at our centre. We have been using OCT, which is a great Diagnostic tool for retinal diseases and gives us the accurate picture of the retina at microscopic level. It is a non invasive technique, very less time consuming and hassle-free . Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common retinal disorders and if not treated in time can lead to permanent blindness. Therefore routine examination should be done in all diabetic patients. Here at Ratan Nethralaya we do retinal laser treatment and Intravitreal anti VEGF injections for various retinal disorders.
